Using the app as a pre-launch campaign tool and so far the support has been great. Very responsive. looking forward to seeing future features.

The majority of the 10+ months I've been paying for the subscription I was trying to set it up. It took 162 emails back and forth to get this set up on my page, even with a web developer. It was the messiest installation I've ever seen with clueless customer service. They constantly send you links to articles they've written (to help their SEO, not their customer) even when you've read these articles and they do not answer your questions. They were also incredibly rude and continued to tell me that any help was outside of the scope of my payment plan, but I could upgrade to get better customer support. After my campaign was finally up and running, their fraud detection flagged every single referral, even when it was painfully obvious there was zero risk. I had to manually go through each one and determine the risk myself. Then they did an "upgrade" and all of my customization that I spent months on didn't work anymore and my page was live and looked horrible, without any warning or notice. To top it off, you can not cancel your subscription yourself online. You have to email them and they refuse to cancel it until the end of the payment period and won't confirm your cancelation. I went with them because it was the cheapest option, but alas, you do get what you pay for.

UPDATE: After a while we were able to get things sorted out. Never knew why it wouldnt work in the first place, but they always responded my emails and offered exceptional support.

I ran my first campaign with Viral Loops and gathered 4,000 Messenger subscribers, 1,050 Instagram followers and a few thousand in sales! I used their Messenger giveaway campaign template. Also, their customer success manager was on top of our campaign and helped us made several optimizations.

When i firstly added the app i was thinking about the way it will actually work. But it exceeded my expectations. It works brilliantly! When someone fill out the form, the app automatically creates a unique coupon for the user and a unique link so he can refer to his friends to get the credit of the sales! And when the user successfully completes the goals he gets rewarded with other coupons! It also sends emails to the users with the actual information that he needs. This is brilliant. I basically have free sales from the visitors of your website as a result my conversion rates are higher and my marketing costs are lower. I recommend this to everyone that wants to maximize profits and get more sales just with an app.

Wow this app actually works! Unlike the other apps of this kind this is very easy to use. I just followed the guide and everything else is automatic. It creates unique coupons and links for every single user without bugs. I have it 2 days and my sales increased 15%. Thanks i hope it will continue to work this way
