I worked with Pete and he was amazing! He really wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Together, we were able to create a customized Invoice for me with the exact specifications I was looking for. The plans information is deceiving, I upgraded to the starter plan as it said 'unlimited orders' and yet I can only print 10 at a time, so it is not clear. When I reached out to support, the VERY rude support person, Pete said: "We will not be at this place if we provide deceiving info to our clients so you can cut that part.As soon as shopify deliver us your precious recent payment, it will be refunded" Nice. Very good customer service there...
