You do not have the mandatory unsubscribe on your emails and you're sending marketing emails from a no-reply address. These are shady practices at best and couple that with having no contact form on your website just makes it seem even shadier. I strongly recommend that you resolve these illegal practices as soon as possible and in the meantime please remove any email addresses associataed with the domains zerowasteco.eco or zerowasteco.com.au from your mailnig lists.
