The Veda Landing page builder app crashed on Sunday and I lost most of my website that was built using this app. When I try to click on the link to get to the Veda Builder site, an error shows up. So I cannot even contact their customer support. Furthermore, Shopify has been very slow to respond to this issue. I know I am not the only person being affected by this right now. I am highly disappointed.

Vedabuilder.com has been completely down, and as a result, my website is now inaccessible. I'm paying for a service I cannot use, and the customer support is simply nonexistent — no replies, no updates, no transparency. Because of this, I now have to rebuild everything from scratch using a different page builder. This means massive time loss, potential revenue loss, and an unacceptable level of disruption to my business. Every day that passes, I lose customers, visibility, and credibility. This situation has already caused serious damage, and I can’t afford to wait any longer. I strongly advise anyone in the same situation to ask for a refund, as I will do myself — whether or not they fix it eventually, the damage is already done and the lack of support is unacceptable for a paid service.

Since today the app no ​​longer works at all on my store (my store is bugged because of this app - according to Shopify support)), the app support does not respond to emails, I deleted the app and there are still lots of pieces of code, I will have to hire someone to clean all that up. Not very professional.

Weird to learn and didnt have te required features. Also completely broke our store. Didnt fully delete all code and left an invisible header and footer behind. When trying to delete the content manually the whole store broke.

Terrible app, leaves unused code even after deletion. It will be everywhere, I don't recommend this app to anyone
