My life safer - when Shopify clearly has issues but their official status page presents another airing of "everything is awesome", this is my sanity haven. Thank you for at least letting me know it's not something we did, but report on outages and seen isssues, so we merchants don't make more mess by changing onsite stuff in panic!

Let me start by saying that Corey and the Uptime app have been absolute game-changers for my business at Prime Party. The Uptime app has proven itself to be an invaluable tool for us. There have been countless instances when our sales suddenly dipped, and I'd find myself filled with anxiety, knowing that I'd have to spend an entire day dissecting the website to identify where the funnel was breaking down and then scrambling to seek support to fix it.
