We had high hopes for this Shopify checkout app, but unfortunately, it fell short. The interface was clunky, and key features didn’t work as expected especially with checkout upsells. Support was slow to responde and didn’t resolve our issues in a timely manner. For a tool that's supposed to improve conversions, it ended up causing more frictino than value. We ultimately had to uninstall and look for a more reliable solution.

First, app is great. Tons of customizations to make it really look natural to our brand. Second, the service was insane! I had an issue and chated with a real person immediately, he sent a loom, then we got on a video chat, all in 2 minutes, and problem solved!

Great app. I have been using it for about a year now and have no complaints. Customer service is great and very helpful.

The ability to customize my checkout seemed great in theory, but in practice, it was a nightmare. I tried adding a shipping bar, reviews, and payment method options, but they kept glitching or not displaying properly. The overall checkout experience became more frustrating than helpful, and I ended up abandoning my cart due to the poor functionality.

Great app, works very well, solid analytics and reporting, and support is fast to respond. Great app!
