UPS Support really works, Ruben helped me with connecting two stores to one account, so I am completely satisfied with this app and can recommend it for sure.

Rápidos, atentos y con seguimiento. Como todo lo que hace UPS. Ruben Miller fue el técnico que me ayudo, impecable. La aplicación claramente sigue en desarrollo pero incluso en esta etapa es muchísimo mas fácil que usar la pagina web y mas con el servicio técnico que poseen.

The support I received was above and beyond my expectations, especially with Rueben. I needed to update web pages with UPS and effected my UPS app in Shopify and my customers were unable to place orders. Reaching out for support and he (Rueben) was there to offer assistance and most instances, corrected the issues. I would highly recommend!!!!

Realmente son 4 estrellas pero la llamada de soporte que puedes pedir la verdad que fue de lujo. Son muy rápidos con cualquier duda tb por email Diría que es una aplicación con una pequeña barrera de entrada pero definitivamente es 1000% mejor que usar UPS.com Las reglas que puedes poner son la clave y le voy a dar más caña a eso para sistematizarlo todo aun más. Faltan cosillas como que te seleccione por defecto el envío más barato pero al parecer los van a ir metiendo. Muy recomendable.

We have been using the UPS Shipping Dashboard for a little over 2 years now and have had ZERO issues when it comes to managing and creating labels for our shipments. The automatic shipping details make every order quick and concise, alongside the automatic fulfillment. Any questions we did have for customer service were answered promptly, and with clear, easy-to-follow directions. I would highly suggest to use the app for any and all UPS shipments through Shopify!

The support I received has been good - we had many questions when changing from another Courier service as the setup is different. Every question I asked got answered. The app is quite good, it does have some limitations, but does what we currently need it to do.
