I’m really impressed. Parcels are delivered across Germany within 4–5 days, reliably and without any issues. The quality of packing and processing is excellent — everything is picked correctly and packed securely. I’ve worked with other fulfillment centers before, but none of them could keep up with this one in terms of speed and service. For me, it’s clearly the best solution right now.

The worst support I ever had. The agent had no interest in working with me as a new client. I generated 5-digits with other stores, but because this store didn't had sales yet, the agent refused to answer any of my questions.
