I rarely leave app reviews, but this one has been such a game changer. Our store was previously using Mulberry for warranty coverage, but we wanted more control of coverage specifics and managing claims. Our customers were not to fond of having to submit claims through a 3rd party company. We then tried Webkul as a self-managed solution. The app technically worked, but not without bugs and a frustrating back and forth with their support. We then came across this app and were hesitant at first since it is a newer app. I reached out to Umbrella's support team and was connected with Feliks, who was a huge help! He walked us through everything and helped us get setup properly. We have been using this app for a week now and it is exactly what we were looking for. We can now fully customize warranties for each product or collection and manage claims internally. This app is exactly what we've been looking for. The setup is easy, it only took a few mins to create our first extended warranty plan. The ability to customize multiple protection plans based on different categories is great. We're still A/B testing to measure conversion impact but so far the results are really promising and I expect it to give us a nice increase in revenue.
