They acknowledged that there was indeed a bug in the app. The interface is quite complex, and many tasks require modifying the theme's code. After a few hours of familiarizing myself with it, I created my first promotion, but it was displayed incorrectly in the store. I contacted support again, and I haven't experienced such poor service in a long time. For all my questions, I was just sent links, and when I opened them, they showed errors. I'll continue using the app for the rest of the day, but I think I will delete it and look for an alternative.
