So far so good - I am using this app to manage thousands of rental and service transactions for our shop! It also integrates with Shopify Flow for easy automation.

Love this app! Been using it for a while now and have never once had any issues with it. I just recently upgraded to integrate API requests from Google Sheets. Customer service help me solve some issues I was having very quickly. Couldn't ask for better service.

Does not work with draft orders. If you process your orders while they are in draft before invoicing, this app is not for you.

Tried using the webhooks feature, but it didn’t work as expected. Support was not very patient, which made troubleshooting frustrating. Had to downgrade as a result. Disappointed with the experience.

This app has been so helpful for my order management and my customers experience. Best order status app at the moment. Highly customizable (with not much technical skills needed), affordable and with great support. We managed to customize the widgets just the way we liked and we highly recommend the app.
