Chis is very nice and polite, but the app simply doesn't work. All orders are automatically get canceled and the one test order I placed with my info, did not get captured at the designated date. Apparently it is a known issue with shopify blocking the API calls. Would be great if those issues was solved prior to releasing the app, and not testing it on actual live stores on our expense!

We use TryOnify for our rental business and it allows us to protect our luxury merchandise from theft. TryOnify allows us to charge customers should they not return our merchandise or return it damaged or with stains that can't be removed. The TryOnify team was also super helpful and accessible, and they have been quick to answer my questions.

Highly recommended. Excellent customer support from Lennon has helped us navigate the installation and configuration swiftly as well as giving us some good feedback on how to structure on-site. This is the second brand we've installed the app on and we've seen an impressive lift in conversion to date and looking forward to scaling the offer going forward with both brands. The app itself is robust and well designed, integrating cleanly with our shopify payments and paypal options.

I searched and searched for a 'try before you buy' app that I could use globally and Tryonify had the most responsive support team of all the devs I reached out to. We're not a clothing brand - but the functionality was exactly what we needed, and we've received super fast support the whole way through - even some bespoke code required for our use case was turned around at very short notice. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE TRYONIFY APP! I personally think that every online retail store should offer this check out option. It is so customer-centric and simply shows that you not only believe in your products, but that you trust your customers. This trust leads to your customer trusting you-your company. In the end you will have loyal customers who return again and again because they want to try more! TryOnify was easy to set up and launch. The TryOnify team was always very responsive. Every question I had was quickly and clearly answered and explained. I appreciated all the time they dedicated to us, and I know that I can continue to reach out to them if I have any questions or need help for any reason at all. To date our "Try Before You Buy" program has been a huge success. We are seeing more orders; but, even better we are also seeing larger orders! Plus, we have experienced a boost in customer satisfaction.
