After trying other try before you buy options and them not being a good fit with our online store, we downloaded Try Before You Buy with Mirra and we are impressed with the quick integration and customer service. Shannon has been a big help and has helped ease any concerns we have with extending our online platform into a new offer for our existing and future customers. Having a higher ticket eyewear and watch platform can easily scare customers off so having an option such as try before you buy we hope will increase our AOV, customer loyalty and bring in new clientele.

This additional service has helped us grow sales and attract new customers. We have had a few instances where customer returns (and final payments) have had to be proactively followed up and Try Mirra have stepped in to help where needed; on balance we have experienced very few issues in comparison to overall increase of sales.
