I have been using TrueRoas for several months. Initially, it worked quite well, but in recent months, it has been a constant struggle. Technical issues are frequent, and basic functions often don’t work as they should. We constantly had to request links to extend subscriptions for all e-commerce clients, and it almost never worked. As a result, many clients were incorrectly charged by TrueRoas. Customer support often leaves issues unresolved. Choose another third-party app, even if it costs more. Not a reputable company! I had an active subscription and from one day to the next nothing was tracked anymore. I wrote to the support team and they didn't help me. After more than 10 days of waiting, I canceled my subscription and then they said they would no longer help me because I canceled my subscription. So I paid money for nothing. Way too expensive and the support is simply incompetent
