TouchFlow finally solved our attribution problem. Before this app, we were making marketing decisions based on Shopify's last-click attribution, which only showed the final touchpoint before purchase. We had no idea which channels were actually starting our customer journeys. Now we can see the complete customer path - from first discovery through SEO or paid social, to email nurturing, and finally to conversion. The multi-touch attribution shows us which traffic sources are driving awareness versus which ones close the sale. The TouchFlow Insights are incredibly helpful - we get explanations of what's working and actionable recommendations.
