I don’t need to be charged for this app! I will not be using it

This is an outdated app listing, which shows an older version of the app. The current app looks nothing like what the screenshots show. There is no theme snippet used to install the app, as suggested by the screenshots. We are using a Shopify vintage theme, and they do not provide any support. When I reached out to the support email, the responses were very basic and not helpful in getting the app to work for us. We ended up uninstalling the app because they stated "Unfortunately, your current theme isn't compatible with our app".

i uninstalled your app and you all are still charging me. i never installed this app in the first place and they had been charging me over a year and will not do anything about it. they dont even have a customer service you can contact. i am about to take legal action. this is not okay and not good business
