Absolutely fantastic customer service, I constantly need lots of help and updates and tricky things and they are always online to support and always get the problem fixed immediately.

I believe theme we use had many customized widget so there were few hard thing to fix but they fixed it in 12 hours! Thank you for amazing customer service

Great customer support - helped me customize and work out a few tweaks. One issue with cart displaying full price vs. deposit amount, but it's a Shopify limitation and shouldn't be too impactful. Great interface compared to other pre-order apps I considered. Recommend this choice.
