Ronex was very helpful in letting me understand how to create the SKUs to link the products from Shopify to our Tiktok shop. He answered all the questions about how to keep our inventory and stock accurate in the future and I am pleased with the experience.

Sehr schnelle und professionelle Hilfe bis zur Lösung des Problems. Ich kann sowohl die Software als auch den Support von DPL nur empfehlen. Besten Dank

Fantastic peson that handled my issues perfectly. Krishna, showed empathy, knowledge and expertise in dealing with all my problematic issues. I do hope that this support that Krishana has showed will be consistent with other representatives.

I put 5 but for information only works with one tiktokshop.. if you sell on multiple shop (germanye, italy, etc) it wont do the job. too bad. Same for orders you can syncronize all orders to shopify, only one market.

Well-made app that handles TikTok Shops without any issues. It saves you a lot of time. Highly recommended.

App works great! Had a slight issue with the dashboard not loading as it should, but spoke to Pratik on Live Chat and it was sorted quickly and officiantly! Brilliant, thank you for your help Pratik!

Hen did a great job at easing my frustration with TikTok Shop integration. My head was running circles trying to do everything manually, and he jumped on a call, and ran through everything extremely simply and made it excessively understandable for me. I can't believe I'm just learning about this app now, it's such a time saver, and such an amazing product. Thanks to Hen, and the devs.

Ronex S fue super claro, nos ayudo bastante a sincronizar inventarios, me soluciono las dudas y tardamos mas de 2 horas explicandome todo, de verdad una gran app!!

Would recommend using all their apps to intergrate your shopify store. it is easy to setup and pulls all information accross all the platforms.

I tried several other apps to integrate my tiktok shop with my shopify store, but this was the only one that worked as promised. The customer service has been very responsive as well. Highly recommend.
