EDIT: updated to 3 star after the devs took the time to virtual meet with me and ask for input/what would make it work for our business/etc. Have not had time to go back in and check it out again but: a) Commitment to listening speaks volumes, b) They've enacted some fixes that should make it go faster (will test) and c) There's added functionality that is coming later this month (will test that as well, but it sounds promising on paper). Original review: Only one day in on testing this but, so far, it's a major disappointment. We have a large-ish number of SKUs in our Shopify catalog (30,000 and growing) and Tightly is simply chocking on it. Everything I try to do is S L O W .... Click on something, wait. Finish populating, try to select something, wait. And a lot of the bulk functions I am trying to implement don't even have a 'select all' option: I have to click on each one and (you guessed it): wait. I'll give it a few days to see if things improve as I poke around but, right now it looks like this is NOT a solution for shops that carry more than a few hundred SKUs.
