Tightly’s explainable forecasts cut our stockouts and stopped overbuying slow movers across stores and the 3PL.

EDIT: updated to 3 star after the devs took the time to virtual meet with me and ask for input/what would make it work for our business/etc. Have not had time to go back in and check it out again but: a) Commitment to listening speaks volumes, b) They've enacted some fixes that should make it go faster (will test) and c) There's added functionality that is coming later this month (will test that as well, but it sounds promising on paper). We have a large-ish number of SKUs in our Shopify catalog (30,000 and growing) and Tightly is simply chocking on it. Everything I try to do is S L O W .... Click on something, wait. Finish populating, try to select something, wait. And a lot of the bulk functions I am trying to implement don't even have a 'select all' option: I have to click on each one and (you guessed it): wait. I'll give it a few days to see if things improve as I poke around but, right now it looks like this is NOT a solution for shops that carry more than a few hundred SKUs. Review revision coming IF things improve.

We have different rules for core vs. seasonal skus and Tightly lets you group these different products into “replenishment policies”. Handles both without us needing to manually tweak things every week.

The integration between budgets and purchase orders is a huge win. we know in real time how much budget we have left before confirming a new PO.

I especially like that i can adjust forecasted sales manually if we’re planning a campaign. We just bumped demand on 5 products ahead of a promo and tightly immediately updated our replenishment suggestions. that kind of control is hard to find budget tracking is clear and easy to follow. helps avoid overspending.

PWasn’t sure we needed a whole inventory platform, but after missing a big reorder window last month we gave tightly a try. It’s been great—smart suggestions and easy p.o. creation.

We're a small company and tightly helps us run ops like a bigger brand. wasn't sure if we'd use all the things but even the basics have been pretty good.

We have been doing a lot of research including a lot of trial and error of inventory optimisation platforms and Tightly is one of the most exciting propositions. There's still a bit to do but the developers are fantastic and there's already so much power under the hood. Really looking forward to seeing where they take this. Highly recommended.

It’s not perfect yet since my wms doesn’t integrate directly with tightly, but i actually had a call with their product team to walk through the issues. they were super receptive, asked great questions, and are now actively working on building the bridge. feels good to use a tool where the team actually listens and takes action—happy with how things are shaping up.
