Teemill is one of the best sales channels and dropshipping services on my Shopify platform. I recently reached out to their customer support regarding an issue, and they promptly took care of it. A special shoutout to Helen for her excellent assistance!

This review applies only to store owners considering installing the Teemill app on Shopify. I am populating a new store with Teemill products and I find the app itself to be user friendly and very easy to configure. They have good customer support and a good selection of eco-friendly products to offer customers. The quality of the samples I ordered was also very good. I ran into problems when I started to add Teemill clothing apparel to my store. Teemill manufacturing is quite advanced and they have developed a program where the customer can return worn out Teemill clothing at no cost to them and Teemill will either remake it into brand new clothing or they will responsibility recycle it. In addition Teemill will also give the customer a credit towards their next purchase. This is a terrific concept and a big step toward cutting back on the dumping and burning of waste apparel if it catches on with other manufacturers. The issue here is this program was not incorporated into the Shopify app. There isn't any way for a Shopify store to market this program and because the return offer is clearly stated in the care label I felt I would be essentually be handing my customers off to Teemill. Something I can't afford to do. The other problem with the app is that it does not support US clothing sizes only centimeter sizes. I would hope that Teemill will address these app problems in the near future. In all fairness I should also say that you will not have these issues if you create your store on the Teemill platform inst, only on Shopify.

Teemill has been very easy to integrate into www.britboydesigns.comustomers have found the product to be a high quality. The prices are more because of the sustainability stance and that should be commended. It shouldn't be a race to the cheapest. Have a few suggestions that will make the app even better for Shopify owners. Overall very impressed

We love working with TeeMill. Their products are produced under the highest environmental standards and under strictly monitored conditions, and they are doing great work in combating waste within the clothing industry, which is one of the most wasteful of industries. Emily, Helen and their customer service team are fantastic and we are very happy to be partnering with them for our organic cotton and recycled cotton products.

It's a great idea and I like the ethos behind the company. However, they are often very slow to ship the items to customers and this leads to a bad reputation for our company with a knock-on effect on sales. We've had orders regularly sit 'in progress' for a full week before they are dealt with and a number of times much more than that. We have to keep checking and asking for them to be shipped. In addition, all returns are sent back to us and we have stock that we don't know how to deal with, it seems quite wasteful and a burden on the store owners. Finally, we generally find them unresponsive when we contact them for customer issues or feedback.

Excellent in every way. Integration into Shopify was super simple, no complex configuration, was up and running in a few minutes. Adding products is simple through their admin panel, and auto syncs back into shopify products, including stock levels, images, and changes are updated quickly. Massive selection of stock print work to start with and easy to customise, and AI mockups are fabulous. Oh and their eco-credentials are excellent, used by the best institution in the industry. Customer service is also fantastic, quick and friendly. I cannot fault them. Amazing.

Teemill offer a print on demand integration with a difference. High-quality, organic, sustainable products with phenomenal support. The Teemill app is very user friendly and offers plenty of mockups and visuals to help you market your store. You will see a higher conversation rate using Teemill that you will selling via other PoD integrations. Thanks to Emily in the support team for assisting me so brilliantly with and queries that I have had thus far. I highly recommend using this service.

We have used Teemill Sustainable Print on Demand for the past year, mainly on our range of cricket T-shirts. I love how simple their service is to use and how quickly you can create new products, including all the appropriate imagery (their AI mockups are really cool in particular!) I also like how they support you with various ongoing marketing campaigns and ideas on how to better promote the clothing and the sustainable, eco-friendly way it is made. Whenever I have had a query, it has been dealt with promptly and comprehensively by the Teemill team, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
