First this app is very expensive. My main issue is the support and overall quality of the product. Since the new app was launched (they redo the app often) I have not been able to get the app to link to my store and support keeps saying to uninstall and reinstall....

We started using TaxCloud when we started selling supplies and merchandise online and needed to track our tax liability beyond just California. TaxCloud gets the job done and I don't have to spend time doing the various filings each month. Their customer support team is nice and helpful, I get responses the same day, and my issue is usually resolved pretty quickly, although there have been some that took longer, they would keep me updated and felt like they were genuinely working on it. A much different feeling than some of the other sales tax companies out there. I highly recommend!

TaxCloud is hands down the best tax app we've used since opening our Shopify store. It's super simple to setup and then it does all the work for you. With that said, the one time we had a question, the customer service team was easy to get in contact with and quick to give an answer. 10/10
