I've just downloaded the Tapita app and was slightly hesitant at first as i didn't know what i was doing... that's when the chat opened up and i queried whether i could do something via the app. I was allocated the CSA called Lani who was AMAZING in helping me with what i wanted. Relatively simple app to use to build a site. Support thus far has been good. However, they don't have a way to build a shopify product page if that's what you are looking for. Other then that, it's a good app.
