I sincerely recommend this program, because in case of various questions, the support responds instantly and clearly answers the questions. Help and support is felt.

We use about 10 different shipping carriers and Synctrack was able to map and sync all of the transactions to Paypal. I needed to contact support for help with the mapping of the 2 carriers titled as "other" as Shopify does not have them listed in their system. They were able to quickly fix the issue by enabling processing order for couriers in the backend.

She not only answered my questions with great patience but also provided valuable tips to improve my website's functionality.
