The app didn't work, we were constantly needing to manually override it, it caused lots of problems with our customers due to incorrect tax and condition related mistakes on the channels we wanted to sync to. Customer support slow and never properly understood or resolved any issues but with the constant promise of improvements to follow, expensive at $149 per month, we gave this half a year and had to conclude that the app was not fit for its purpose.
