Rating: 1 out of 5 Absolutely unacceptable. Griffati has been the worst business experience I’ve had in my entire e-commerce career. After installing their app through Shopify and deleting it the very same day (due to complete failure to operate as described), they had the audacity to issue an unlawful invoice. This directly violates consumer rights under EU law. But the most outrageous part? After I left an honest, negative review, Griffati attempted to gain unauthorized access to my store in order to delete it — with Shopify’s help. This is not just unethical; it’s a blatant act of censorship, intimidation, and platform abuse. Their customer support is non-existent. They ignore inquiries and respond with silence or threats. There is no sense of accountability, responsibility, or professionalism. I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you value your privacy, freedom of speech, and business integrity, stay away from Griffati. They operate in a way that disrespects users, disregards legal protections, and manipulates the system to silence criticism.
