DO NOT BUY THIS APP If I could give zero stars I would! Bought a 'Life' plan, with a very high one-off payment, but figured would be economic over a couple of years. Functionality has recently been withdrawn (even though my dashboard says it is included in the plan) and I have to pay extra to get it back. Quick and easy to deploy BUT customer service is non-existent. Constant issues and not unusual to wait 2-3 days for a reply, which can be damaging to your business if it's stopping sales.

Worked for sometime, now unable to get any support at all. wasted money on lifetime plan. our app is set to be deleted on android as they are not helping at all.

No support at all, make yourself a favour and search a different app. They don’t answer to an issue in their app even after we sent several messages.

I’ve been a loyal user of this app for a long time, but recently I’ve encountered significant issues with reaching support. Despite patiently waiting for days, there has been no update or resolution. It’s incredibly disappointing. The helpdesk and scheduling help websites crash every time I try to access them, which is beyond frustrating. If you have discontinued your service, please inform us so we can make arrangements to switch to another platform.

In fact, this is our third store, and we are trying to create an app with their APIs. Unfortunately, contacting customer service is rarely responsive, and if they do respond, it's usually just a brief "hello" and then they disappear. The customer service is very, very poor.
