When I subscribed to Swipe, I chose the annual plan because it clearly stated that there was a Shopify integration at a reasonable price. For the first few months, I was able to automatically generate invoices through Shopify without any issues. However, now I'm being told that only the first 100 users were allowed to generate invoices and that I was "lucky" to have created over 2,000 invoices within the "free limit." This limitation was never mentioned at the time of purchase, and now a key feature has been removed despite my active subscription. It feels incredibly misleading and unfair. If this was a known restriction, it should have been clearly communicated upfront. This feels like a bait-and switch tactic to get users to commit to a long-term plan. I hope Swipe will reconsider this decision or provide a fair resolution for existing subscribers who signed up under different expectations.

Miss Jaya maam helped me alot to solve my issues, she is genuinely very helpfull and coperating and has a very good behaviour towards users. I’ve still got a lot of learning to do with swipe but from what I can see it offered a wide range of helpful business selling tools and syncs really well with Shopify. I will give a special mention to the online support I have received so far which has made my learning a lot easier and all issues I have had so far have been resolved by Swipe team members contacting me personally to resolve issues. One of the best customer service experiences I have had in my 8 years working in India.
