Let's get this straight: Yes, I did ask a question - because even experienced people sometimes check if everything is working correctly. The support service is a complete failure. They didn't answer my question, didn't solve the problem, so they advised me to... switch to another app! Brilliant, just a top service. They probably don't believe in their own brainchild. If you want to waste your time and nerves, you're welcome.
