Swap is the perfect solution for us to start shipping to the US from Europe. Through our 3PL we were unable to offer a great customer experience for the right price. With Swap we are able to fulfil those needs. Next to that, the onboarding was super smooth. The team at Swap did a great job, very clear communication with a quick go live.

We have been using SWAP global now since the beginning of September 2024 and have been really pleased in the performance of the system. We have an improved customer journey and transparency with costs, better control over pricing and shipping and having the ability to have fixed pricing for independent regions - none of which we had access to before. The onboarding team have been amazing and getting us set up and running in record time and are always on hand to answer question and tweak our set up. Can't fault them at all. If you combine this with their awesome returns portal then you have a fantastic cross boarder solution for shipping and reutrns. Highly recommend!

Update: I spoke with them. They were extremely helpful, and understood my complaint. They explained in detail how everything worked. It sounds like a good system for their target customer (larger stores). I do wish that the app description in the app store was more clear about everything so both I and them didn't have to waste a bunch of time on a holiday figuring everything out. I upped my review to 3 stars from one because of how helpful they were. Previous review: I'm not stupid, but I cannot figure out how to set up the app, nor understand it's features easily. It is not clear how it works, what you have to do to set it up, or how it integrates with your current shipping system (If it even does at all).

The team at swap have been incredible helping us set up and progress internally. Very responsive and attentive- and their cross-border solution has been a game changer for our brand. We've made huge cost savings by using their discounted shipping rates, and with them handling all duties and taxes and compliance, we've been able to really focus on the sales. The platform is easy to use and intuitive. Analytics are easy to understand and their bespoke approach to our individual needs was refreshing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to start selling internationally as they'll able to implement their solution very quickly and easily.

This is really very good. For any brand selling cross border, I'd recommend SWAP global/ SWAP returns. Makes a complex process nice and simple and integrates easily across Shopify. SWAP Global enables all of our international sales.

Swap has completely transformed our approach to international shipping. Not only have the team been instrumental in helping us identify serious issues in our shipments [leading to many upset customers] but the team have been fantastic in supporting our set up with duties, taxes and markets based segmentation. I have to agree with "Camera Butter". The app looks slick, but it's impossible to figure out how to actually set it up. I tried a few things, but it's still not showing up in the checkout. There aren't many options other than to add a 'zone' and have it adjust the pricing for you - no mention of duties being calculated automatically or anything, and it's not showing up in the checkout now that I've setup everything there is to setup. It's very basic but doesn't seem to actually do anything?

Swap Global has been critical in our global expansion shipping from a US warehouse to all countries. Previous partners have been a headache with not being able to ship via DDP (and sending DDU).
