I wrote a review before because the app was down for hours a couple of days ago, which made it impossible for me to use, and I couldn’t get through to customer support. When they finally replied, they just said, 'It should be fixed by now.' Today, it happened again—hours of downtime. I’ve already moved on to a different app because it feels like this one isn’t very stable. To be fair, they were super helpful during the initial setup, which I appreciated a lot. If only there hadn’t been these system issues, it would’ve been great. Later, I was informed that- during the second outage, my store was the only one affected while everything worked fine for others. I still don’t know why it happened just to my store, and it would’ve been better if they’d looked into it sooner. Plus, it’s not the easiest to reach them quickly, especially during a system outage.
