This app is amazing and gave us the ability to accomplish complicated discounts that we have been struggling to find a solution for. The AI assistant makes building functions possible for beginners without having to hire a developer which everyone knows aren't cheap. Like everyone already mentioned, the support is truly the icing on the cake for this app. Their response time is immediate. Andrea is one of the owners and he spent one on one time with me to help fix and put together the parts that were too advanced for me. Exception level of service from Andrea - we were previously speaking to him via their live chat but he encouraged us to move onto a call where he took us through an in depth tour of the app and all the possibilities. He gave up over an hour of his time which I really appreciated. I have not received this high level of service from another shopify app since I started using the platform.
