What a shame honestly. I've ordered for 6000$ in january, i've received the half in this september. They have never offered any compensation, or help. A long silence. Welyn has no power of negociation, totally useless. The big boss seems careless about his customer. Guys, keep your money with you, this is a pur scam, thousand of other great app to do the same thing,do not waist your time here. They have almost killed my business, without any appology, nothing.

The platform saves me a lot of time with sourcing and fulfillment. Adding more automation features for bulk orders would be a great improvement.

Sup has been working well for my store. The product import and order fulfillment save me so much time. I’d give 5 stars if the dashboard loaded a little faster, but still a solid app.

Their POD feature is awesome. I was able to create my own custom designs using their mockups and start selling exclusive products in no time. Feels very professional.

Sup Dropshipping is a very good platform, easy to use and reliable for sourcing and fulfillment. My experience has been smooth overall. The only improvement I’d suggest is making shipping a bit faster and adding more variety of trending products. With that, it would easily be a 5-star service.

Day one, the chat timed out (annoying). Next morning they followed up by email and got me unstuck. Since then, listings are the strong suit; social features aren’t robust enough to replace our scheduler. Still keeping it because the price-to-time-saved ratio is good.
