Unexpected fees and misleading support. I got my first order but my order didn’t go through and when I reach out to support staff they asked me to create the order again, which I done 2 times again . But my customer never received t to the order. Hopeless support

I’m scared they won’t refund me. Why is shopify not doing anything about it? I don’t know I’ve tried to reach out to shopify as they too are advertising the company and they reply was to only go back to stylesi. All I’m getting from stylesi is being made to wait for a service that I have already paid for for 2 months. Someone help me please.
