BEWARE when signing up that you know everything about how they connect to your Stripe account! Had a horrible time getting my account deleted!! Seems to be a valid service but do your due diligence. Thank you guys for straightening that out! Changed to 5 stars

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. IT CAN MAKE YOU LOOSE MONEY AND SLOW YOUR BUSINESS. We have had a problem with a process it does, which is that when Streamlined does not notify Shopify when an order has payment being processed. THIS HAS COSTED US DEARLY IN OUR BUSINESS. We contacted Streamlined to try to get is solved, then we hired our own programmer to do it, but they do not have proper documentation on their own app for us to develop a solution. They have promised documentation for yesterday, and have not delivered. This is not a responsible way to deal with software that handles payments for businesses. Thankfully, our programmer is very good and found a way around it, despite their lack of help for us, which means the problem could have been solved by Streamlined themselves (our programmer did it in 3 days). The app itself is good as long as you need absolutely no changes to it and do not check its performance too closely. Do not rely on actual development improvements to it.

So much better than anything else we've used. It seems like it should be crazy easy to send a legitimate-looking invoice through Shopify but of course it's not. And since it's 2023, it should also be crazy easy to offer different payment terms via an electronic invoice but of course it's not. Streamlined has solved those problems for us and given us the ability send invoice reminders which is huge. Additionally, we're able to filter out the invoices created to only our wholesale customers. AND best of all, the support team is fantastic. They hopped on a feature request right away and added it for us. We are thrilled about this app.

I have worked with many businesses and teams in a variety of industries and capacities. Streamlined, Boris, and his team are in the top .1% of that list. I was torn when writing this: between putting an immediate and emphatic "5 stars", or just putting "1 star" so that we may keep Streamlined to ourselves for longer (yes, twisted I know! ) Do yourself a favor now, and work with Streamlined if you're looking to level-up your accounts-payable game, and work with a company that improves their already-solid product, seemingly every day.

The customer support is so amazing. Anissa is the best - always responsive & ready to hold my hand through anything. I love that you can sync this to Shopify & Quickbooks, making invoice tracking really easy.

To say they streamlined our AR process would be an understatement, and a bad pun. It's a great platform. Both intuitive to use for the whole team, and supported by a great troubleshooting team. If there is an issue, it gets fixed, and by a person you can speak to. They have created a wonderful product and I recommend it to all. Five stars.

Such a great tool for us to pull in all our wholesale orders and monitoring it correctly. The dashboard is very helpful and customer service is great!

We handle all of our wholesale through Shopify and Streamlined make it so much faster and easier to manage - form a full integration into Shopify to tons of features like remote check deposit and unique account numbers for each customer, Streamlined saves us hours and speeds up payment. 5 stars.
