I just started using this app, but so far I really love how easy it is to navigate and that they tell you EXACTLY what you need to do in order to optimize your store and products. SEO is so complicated and intimidating but Store SEO makes it so much easier. Their team is also very responsive to any questions you may have along the way.

I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but our experience with Store SEO was significantly disruptive to our website and disappointing overall. The app’s "image optimizer" processed 504 of our images, and approximately half of them became severely distorted and unusable. Despite weeks of back-and-forth communication with their support team, the issue remains unresolved and I have spend 20+ hours fixing it on my own. Rather than taking responsibility, the support team was slow to respond, unhelpful, and often defensive. It felt as though more effort was spent debating than actually addressing the problem. This was an isolated issue. We haven’t encountered anything like it before, and we don’t use any other apps that could have affected our images. In our experience, you’re better off managing your SEO directly in Shopify. Updating search engine titles and alt text manually is straightforward and avoids the risk of damaging your content. The only thing positive I would have to say about the app is that my interactions with Abid were good, however he is unable to help us further as his management won't let him.

She was prompt, professional, and answered all my questions that I may not have even asked if she wasn't so nice and on top of things like she was.

I've only been using this for a week but the system is intuitive, easy to use and the customer support is fabulous. Highly recommend.

Learning seo is not as easy as you would think and using the store seo app sure makes it easier to keep learning. There are a whole bunch of apps out there that will do seo for your website but from what I have experience, the store seo app outdoes them all. Support is above the norm which in todays standards is way above the rest. Keep it up store seo, we need you!

I have been using this for about an hour. So I will be watching to see how much ranking and placement respond. I really like how they easy they make it to add the important things for SEO. Most of listing were rated mid 60's and within 20 minutes I had 3 listings up to 90's. Let's hope that it will help rank my item.
