Many shoppers prefer WhatsApp over contact forms when they have a question before buying. TapToChat adds a floating WhatsApp button to your storefront so customers can reach you in one tap from any page. Set your number and prefilled messages in the app, then enable the theme embed. When someone taps the button, WhatsApp opens with helpful context already included, such as the product name or page link, so you can reply faster on a channel customers already use.

• Let shoppers message you on WhatsApp in one tap from any page.
• Prefill messages with product names, collection names, and page links.
• Set different default messages for product, collection, cart, and other pages.
• Enable the chat button from App embeds in your theme editor - no coding needed.
• Choose placement for the floating chat button.
