Ali was extremely helpful in setting up this app when we were struggling to. (It's not hard to setup but we needed very specific things which Ali helped us with and added additional features so we could use this app to its fullest!) We really needed a way to add fees to Pickup orders as frequently we have customers who don't pick up their purchases which leads to wasted time and money. We're very excited to have this app on our site.

This app works very well and I feel that it is very user friendly. All the guides make it easy to understand how to use it and what the settings need to be. We often use it for pick-up for our special occasion food sales at our restaurants and it makes it easy and convenient for us to be able to organize our pick-ups and pace them out. When we have had occasions where it doesn't seem to be working, Ali has always been quick to respond within 24 hours, listen to the issue, and go in and fix it, all while letting us know what happened and letting us know how to prevent any errors in the future. I highly recommend this app.

Fantastic app! Collection system works as intended. We encountered a few minor issues with coding, however the developer was incredibly responsive and had everything fixed immediately.

This shows as free here on the app store. IT IS NOT FREE! It asks you to commit to a cost of $6.99 a month before you can even test out the app. No thanks. I'll find another app that I can at least test out first.
