I have a gift delivery business and I find this app everything you need in a delivery application for a shopify store. Great support also. Easy to set up and use.

The app team have been great so far. Whenever I have had a question or a custom adjustment they have been only too happy to look into and accomodate my request. They are prompt and thorough with their service levels.

I started by installing this app on my slower store. It worked perfectly so I chose to install on my second store that has a much higher traffic volume. The customer service has been great so far in responding to my questions and they are integrating with the other apps I use. The other store pick up app that I was using before was really expensive and still glitchy with integration. Would definitely recommend this one over the other two I have tried.

I was surprised a pre-order process wasn't "out of the box" functionality for Shopify but this bridges that gap superbly, just a great app!

Combine the app and some Shopify basic features and you will be saving a minimum of 35 USD per month by not using paid apps that do the same thing. Their Support: Fantastic Support team. Value for Money: As this app is free, all I can say is its the best value for your money or time.
