We have been using Qoblex for the past five months, and while it takes time to fully integrate any new system, we are pleased with its progress. This system seamlessly connects with both our online platform and our accounting package, which is incredibly beneficial and user-friendly. The support team has been brilliant throughout our implementation process. We are especially grateful to Yazid and his team for their dedication and email support as we learned to navigate Qoblex. They consistently provide assistance until all issues are resolved. Yazid also guided us to ensure a smooth syncing process between our systems.
