Every time I need some help, they reply very quickly and find a solution. I have been using this app for at least a year I think, so far so good. I could use a lot more of the features they offer, but in my case, I only use to track my employees clock ins and clock out. Thanks!

Yaniv, the app's creator, took the time to help us set up the software for our store. It's super easy to use. Also, it is very reasonable, and if you need some customization, they are happy to help you, not for the money, but to make the customer happy. Easyteam is also integrated with other software, which is nice, and has useful features like timesheets, scheduling, payroll, checklists, and different ways to use the system, whether on POS or on eCommerce. Still, the app is generally based on POS usage.

Just getting started with the app but seems like a good option. The kickoff call with Yaniv was super helpful. We have small (4-person) team but the cost for timeclock/scheduling plus payroll is roughly half the cost to have a professional CPA run payroll for us. Plus, we get more control.
