Everything was fine until problems arose. lost deliveries, followed by months without any updates on compensation despite repeated follow-ups. There’s no contact number or general email for assistance on their website, and even when everyone in the original email chain is CC’d, no one follows up. Would think this will improve over time, but if you value prompt and proper follow-up to keep your own customers informed, this isn’t it right now.
