OGOship is the worst 3PL we've ever used in our 5+ years of ecom experience across 10 stores After making the switch to another 3PL in the Nordics, we cut down logistics/delivery costs by 60% Negative: - their prices are high and can't compete with other 3PLs in the Nordics we looked at - there is no dedicated customer service rep/number to call when needed, so things move slowly - invoices are loaded with hidden costs - their app is clunky, old and hard to use, compared to other service providers - be careful with their terms & conditions, which change often Positive: + their outsourced customer service team at our warehouse location was always helpful Neutral (be aware): - we lost a suspicious amount of orders, which may very well be because of the couriers made mistakes, but this is not the case anymore with our new 3PL

The worst thing that can happen to an Ecommerce Brand Owner. They want to charge their hidden 1200 Euro minimum invoicing per month, that was never mentioned before signing the contract and was hidden somewhere in an Excel File. But the worst thing is, Ogoship is not letting us out of the contract after breaking it multiple times and is keeping our stock. And we are not receiving any reply for many days now.

Great service, we've been using this app & company for many years as our automated 3PL solution - works great with Shopify and it's easy to setup (cost effective) shipping methods, include custom inserts with orders, manage inventory and reserved orders, make sure customers get tracking codes automatically etc. etc. Highly recommended in the region they serve.

Ap works great, only it is not clear for me how to arrange multi location shipping, but it seems i need to arrange this in shopify itself. More and clear help with that would be great though. The company is very helpful and solution oriented.

i love the application and so i think my customers will do in a greatful way. Much thanks for a uncomplicated view of a merchant application.
