Support is never online. Worked great for awhile and it stopped working for no known reason. I contacted support and they fixed the issue after a couple of days which is reasonable enough time. However They asked me to modify my review and I was happy to after the solution was fixed but the holiday and I was ill kept me from doing so. I went today and I noticed that the app was uninstalled from my shop in which I did not uninstall. I go into my shop logs and it was uninstall and canceled by them since I had to grant them access to my store. This is not how you treat customers.

I found it challenging to use. Even after upgrading, I could not figure out how to create reels. The below print says a 7-day free trial, but the subscription says 3. It feels like a bait-and-switch. Will try something else.

The application is completely non-functional—it just keeps spinning without any progress. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor performance, especially when time is of the essence for running a business. I can't understand why Shopify doesn't enforce stricter quality control or thoroughly test applications before approving them on their platform. This lack of oversight diminishes trust in the Shopify ecosystem and wastes merchants' time. For an app to even be listed, it should meet basic usability standards and provide a seamless user experience. Unfortunately, this app falls far short. I hope the developers address this issue urgently and Shopify steps up their review process to prevent similar problems in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. It’s a complete disappointment.
