I was having issues with the Kiwi size chart, and after being ignored by their customer support for almost 2 months, I'd had enough. That's when I came across Smart Size. My one criterion was that I needed to embed a video guide showing the sizes. Based on all the size chart apps I emailed to ask about this, Smart Size was the only one that replied, agreeing to customise the app for my liking. Helen from customer support was an absolute gem!
