I have been using this app for some time and I am pleased with my overall experience. It does what it is supposed to do. It makes SEO easy. However, if you have multiple marketplaces or subfolders you need to create meta fields outside the app for the different regions you sell in. So for example if you have one site that sells world wide you are good. However, if you have subdomains (.com/en-us, .com/en-eu) to sell for the US, EU, and so on. You will need to use the Translator and adapt the app to fine-tune each region.

I have been using the app for some time now. I put all the information in the app and when I go to the actual section it was supposed to write to it isn't there. This raises problems and questions about the legitimacy of the app. I am going to use Shopify natural SEO as it pretty much works and reflect that it works. I am going to uninstall this app once I get the SEO set up on Shopify properly

Smart SEO is a important part of my business. I recently had an issue where i thought Google was giving me 404 errors the Smart SEO did not detect. When I reached to inquire about the discrepancy, They really took the time to help me understand what was going on, including looking over a copy of my error report from Google in order to ensure they were giving me accurate information. Their service is above and beyond what I ever expected. I highly reccomend this app.
