Syncing orders and inventory is super quick, but names and prices take a little longer. One issue for me is that it doesn't sync customer profiles, leading to some duplicates in my system. Without proper order syncing, I miss out on key sales reports I rely on. I’ll probably need to look for another solution for now, but if they can fix the customer profile syncing, I’ll definitely be back!
