I posted a review like this once before, but I deleted it to give them a second chance. Unfortunately, after a year of use, this app is a JOKE! It looks like it 's being tested in production. - First of all, the price. I have the SILVER plan. In theory, it's $49/month, but in practice, with 150 to 200 memberships, the bills fluctuate around $250-350 per month. - Live streaming is an absolute joke, you have to use a third-party app, and 7/10 times the live stream will disconnect. - Adding videos and organizing them into collections. Here, you only have hashtags at your disposal, which you have to add manually under each video. If you want to create, for example, a training week, it requires combining tags in a dozen or so files. - Translation: some things are translated automatically, some are not. There is no way to change this. - Subscription price for the users. This is the biggest downside of this platform; once the price is set, it cannot be changed. You can only use discount codes, but they only work for NEW users. There is no way to compensate old users. I am glad that I will soon be migrating to another platform, because apart from the high cost of service, this one also costs a lot of nerves.

Great idea but there are so many bugs which makes this app really hard to use. For example, when you make a post about a video chosen from your library, the correct video plays on the "video tab" but on the "post tab" it plays a totally different video. There are many more small bugs which makes it hard to use.

This application is just a joke, at first everything looks great and easy to use, in addition, it should work super with shopify. Unfortunately, in a short time you realize that the fees are very high and the configurability is very low. - If you want to pay monthly SILVER plan then it costs you $50 + Fees per month, you get the ability to add 50h of videos and 500 hours of viewing (+1h for each active user), which when, for example, running a platform with workouts allows you to watch about 6h per month by one user if you have 100 ! - Plan prices: once set subscription prices, they cannot be changed ! If several customers bought a $50 plan, you want to reduce or increase it then you need to set up a new plan and current users will not be automatically assigned to it. - discounts: although the app is fully compatible with shopify you can only give a discount on your first order. If you have customers, and you would like to give them a discount, for example on black friday then you can't ! You can not renew the current subscription if it is active, you can not use the discount code. WHAT A JOKE ! - Livestreams: There is 25sec delay when you use your iPhone, this is realy a JOKE ! At the same time, streaming via instagram or youtube I have 1-2sec of delay. If you thinking about adding this app to your shopify store, think twice, it will be hard as f... to migrate your customers to another app once they are registered in this JOKE-APP

I am new on this app I mean even though this is not my first time using it this is my first time using and understanding it. so far I am loving it however there can be so many updates that this app can use to make it the best app on shopify.
