Support has been excellent. They actually understand Shopify’s backend logic and gave me real answers when I asked about draft order behaviors not the generic canned responses I get from many invoicing apps.

Professional looking invoices. Easy to use. I like that you can edit all the lines/fields and that it's built into Shopify. Much better than my old system.

Really, really simple to use, works straight away. Love that they have a free option for small businesses that you can then trade up onto with no sacrifices on great functionality. For me, it integrates directly with Australia Post, so it's been awesome to be able to get those labels sorted out straight out of Shopify without having to muck around. Really appreciate this app and the people who built it, it's great.
