I really want to like this app, but it unfortunately is not user friendly. We wanted to run a unique promotion on our online shop that had different categories marked down to different tiers. This app accomplishes that, but is also pretty buggy. An error that occurred at time of sale reduced our prices for a major category by more than double what we had set it at. While we were able to fix this issue manually on our end, it cost us close to 10% of our sale that day. When I reached out to support, they were both unhelpful and wouldn't provide a serviceable solution. I would strongly warn anyone from using this app until they make some major changes.
